• 7 days after purchase- Full refund with your Strawflower receipt.
• 8-14 days after purchase- Refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit.
• 15 days or more- No refunds, in-store credits, or returns are available.
• Floral Arrangements, Jewelry, Seasonal items , Final Sale items and Special orders are not returnable.
